摘要:

脑科学和类脑智能技术的融合推动了健康产业的发展,其中应用新兴技术将人工智能融入围手术期的研究也越来越多。“脑科学与类脑研究”的开展将促进麻醉学发展,加快人工智能融入围手术期的进程。文章旨在逐步阐述麻醉的神经环路机制以及人工智能在临床麻醉与重症监护中应用的研究现况。重点阐述麻醉神经环路在镇痛、镇静及觉醒中的作用,基于机器学习的临床决策支持系统,在围手术期监测和预测术后并发症应用的研究进展。

Abstract:

The integration of brain science and brain-inspired intelligence technology has promoted the development of health industry, among which more and more researches about application of using integrate artificial intelligence in perioperative period and intensive care were performed. The development of "brain science and brain-inspired intelligence" will promote the development of anesthesiology and accelerate the process of integrating artificial intelligence into the perioperative period. The purpose of this review is to elucidate the mechanism of the neural circuits of anesthesia and the current status of the application of artificial intelligence in clinical anesthesia and intensive care. This review focuses on the role of anesthetic neural circuits in analgesia, sedation and awakening, and the research advances of application of clinical decision support system based on machine learning in perioperative monitoring and prediction of postoperative complications.
