摘要:

肺部超声(lung ultrasound, LUS)作为肺部疾病辅助诊断方法,在过去几十年飞速发展。与传统检查方法相比,LUS具有无创、便携、无辐射、准确性高和可重复操作等优点,这些优点使得其在急诊科、ICU广泛应用,对严重创伤患者的肺部损伤可以实时判断并指导治疗。文章综述了LUS评分在评估通气量减少及LUS在诊断肺不张、肺炎、胸腔积液等围手术期常见肺部疾病中的应用进展,并提出LUS运用于手术室中,尤其对术后低氧血症和胸科手术患者也有其独特价值。

Abstract:

The past decades have witnessed the rapid development of lung ultrasound (LUS) as an auxiliary method for diagnosis of pulmonary disease. Compared with traditional examination methods, LUS is advantageous in non‑invasion, portability, non‑radiation, high accuracy and repeatability which facilitate its use in emergency department and intensive care unit (ICU). Also, lung injury in patients with severe damage can be diagnosed and treated in a real‑time manner. This review summarized the progress in the application of LUS score in evaluation of aeration loss, and LUS in common pulmonary diseases, such as atelectasis, pneumonia and pleural effusion. Furthermore, we proposed the application of LUS in the operation room, especially for patients with postoperative hypoxemia and those undergoing thoracic surgery.
