神经退行性疾病是中枢神经系统神经元进行性变性坏死导致大脑功能退化甚至丧失的一系列疾病的总称,围手术期认知障碍(perioperative cognitive disorder, PCD)与神经退行性疾病具有相似的临床表现与发病机制。神经损伤后不易再生和修复,故迄今仍无有效治疗方法,给患者带来严重且持久的伤害。文章通过介绍端粒酶系统在中枢神经系统中的分布,分析其对神经退行性疾病病理进程的影响,总结其在该疾病中发挥的作用,进而探讨其与PCD的关系,为后续研究提供参考依据。
Neurodegenerative diseases are a series of diseases in which central nervous system neurons undergo progressive degeneration and necrosis. They finally lead to degeneration or even loss of brain function. Perioperative cognitive disorder (PCD) is similar to neurodegenerative diseases in pathogenesis and clinical manifestations. This disease cause serious and continued damage to patients because nerve injury is not easy to recovery and repair. Thus, there is no effective treatment method for these kinds of diseases. This paper introduces the distribution of telomerase system in central nervous system, analyzes its influence on the pathological process of neurodegenerative diseases, summarizes its role in the disease and then explores its relationship with PCD, which provides a reference for subsequent research.
