摘要:

疼痛经历是困扰人们一种不愉快的感觉和情感体验。近年来报道瞬时受体电位阳离子通道家族(Transient receptor potential cation channel,TRPs)中的瞬时受体电位阳离子锚蛋白通道(Transient receptor potential cation channel,subfamily A,member 1,TRPA1)通道参与温度、化学、机械刺激等引起的不同类型疼痛反应,并且通过多种路径发挥作用。本文探讨TRPA1参与疼痛作用机制,对目前关于TRPA1在疼痛治疗中的研究进展进行综述,为开发新的镇痛药物提供参考依据。

Abstract:

Pain experience is an unpleasant feeling and emotional experience that troubles people. In recent years, it has been reported that TRPA1 (Transient receptor potential cation channel,subfamily A,member 1) channel which is one of the TRPs (transient receptor potential cationic channel family) member is involved in different types of pain pathogenesis caused by temperature, chemical and mechanical stimulis. In this paper, we explored the mechanism of TRPA1 involved in pain, and reviewed the current research progress of TRPA1 in pain treatment, and provided reference for the development of new analgesic drugs.
