瞬时感受器电位香草酸受体1 (transient receptor potential vanilloid 1,TRPV1),又称辣椒素受体和香草样受体1,它是瞬时受体电位蛋白组的一个亚家族,在心肌缺血再灌注诱导的损伤中起着关键作用。TRPV1最初发现于感觉神经元上, 同时在心脏、大脑、肾脏、肺等内脏器官上也有广泛表达。TRPV1通道在各种条件因素下被激活后,通过一系列的信号级联机制减少自由基的产生、中性粒细胞浸润以及炎症因子的释放,从而减轻了心肌缺血—再灌注诱导的损伤。本文对TRPV1通道的激活在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的保护机制研究进展作一综述。在未来,TRPV1的心脏保护作用可能进一步应用于临床。

Abstract:

Transient receptor potential vanilloid 1, TRPV1, also known as capsaicin receptor and vanilla receptor 1, is a subfamily of transient receptor potential proteome, It plays a pivotal role in ischemia reperfusion injury. TRPV1 was first discovered on sensory neurons and is also widely expressed in internal organs such as the heart, brain, kidneys, and lungs. After activation of various conditions, the TRPV1 channel reduces free radical production, neutrophil infiltration, and release of inflammatory factors through a series of signaling cascades, thereby alleviating myocardial ischemia-reperfusion-induced injury. This article reviews the research progress of the protective mechanism of TRPV1 channel activation in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. In the future, the cardioprotective effects of TRPV1 may be further applied in the clinic.
