摘要:

丙泊酚具有起效迅速、恢复时间短、恢复完全等特点,被广泛应用于麻醉诱导和维持以及重症患者的镇静。长时程增强(long‑term potentiation, LTP)是发生在神经元信息传输中一种持久的增强现象,目前被普遍视为构成学习和记忆的基础机制之一。研究证实丙泊酚会对LTP产生损害,从而影响记忆功能。文章主要针对近年来丙泊酚影响LTP的可能机制这一研究热点进行综述,以期为进一步探讨丙泊酚的合理用药提供参考。

Abstract:

Propofol is widely used in the induction and maintenance of clinical anesthesia and sedation of severe patients because of its several properties including a rapid onset of action as well as rapid and complete recovery. Long‑term potentiation (LTP) is a persistent potentiation phenomenon occurring in the transmission of neuronal information and is currently widely identified as one of the underlying mechanisms for learning and memory. Studies have shown that propofol might impair long‑term potentiation, thereby affecting memory function. In this review, the possible mechanism of propofol's influence on long‑term potentiation is summarized, which is expected to provide a reference for further exploration of rational use of propofol.
