摘要:

感受疼痛是神经系统一个复杂的功能,其具体调节机制仍不完全清楚。自噬是真核生物中普遍存在的一种保守的高度调节的“自我清理”过程,近来被发现与多种疼痛现象相关,可能成为神经系统疼痛调节的新靶点。现将自噬与疼痛的相关报导整理如下,以期为理清自噬在疼痛性疾病中的作用机制提供思路。

Abstract:

Pain perception is a complex function of the nervous system, and its specific regulatory mechanisms remain unclear.Autophagy is a conservative and highly regulated "self-cleaning" process prevalent in eukaryotes. Recently, it has been found to be associated with a variety of pain phenomena and may become a new target for pain regulation.The relevant reports about autophagy and pain are summarized as follows in order to provide ideas on the mechanism of autophagy in painful diseases.
