Perioperative period for patients is a strong stress process, during which often appeared anxiety and pain have negative impact on the recovery of patients. This article mainly introduces the application and prospective of personalized music intervention during perioperative period, which strengthens the understanding and role of personalized intervention, reduces the perioperative stress response of patients, regulates moods of patients and accelerates postoperative rehabilitation of patients. It is of great importance to conduct relevant animal experiments in the future to explore the influence of music on the physiological and pathological changes of the body, so as to provide theoretical support for further promotion and application of music intervention in clinical practice.
