摘要:

急性肺损伤(acute lung injury, ALI)是以炎症反应为特征的急性呼吸衰竭。细胞焦亡是一种最新发现的细胞程序性死亡方式。文章介绍肺泡巨噬细胞焦亡在ALI中的研究进展,总结不同肺损伤模型中焦亡的调控机制。肺泡巨噬细胞焦亡介导了ALI的发生、发展,深入研究肺泡巨噬细胞焦亡在ALI中的作用机制,为靶向治疗ALI提供更多理论依据。

Abstract:

Acute lung injury (ALI) is acute respiratory failure characterized by inflammatory response. Pyroptosis is a newly discovered style of programmed cell death. This review summarized the research advances of alveolar macrophage pyroptosis in ALI, and explained the regulatory mechanism of pyroptosis in different lung injury models. Alveolar macrophage pyroptosis mediated ALI. The occurrence and development, in‑depth study of the mechanism of alveolar macrophage pyroptosis in ALI provided more detailed theoretical basis for further targeting therapy of ALI.
