Cardiac arrest is a fatal complication of neurosurgery. It is significantly associated with perioperative mortality. Coronary arterial disease is the main cause of cardiac arrest. Timely and high‑quality standardized cardiac resuscitation and post‑cardiac arrest care are crucial to the prognosis of cardiac arrest. The study reports a successful resuscitation of cardiac arrest on a coronary atherosclerosis caused heart disease patient guided by cardiac ultrasound during glioma resection.
