摘要:

电压门控型钠通道(voltage gated sodium channels, VGSCs)在细胞兴奋的产生和维持中起重要作用,同时也参与 痛觉的产生与传导。其中钠离子通道1.7(sodium channel 1.7, Nav1.7)在痛觉的产生和痛觉信号的传递中都发挥重要作用。 Nav1.7主要分布在神经系统,在部分免疫细胞和肿瘤细胞中也有表达。文章主要阐述Nav1.7与伤害感受性疼痛的关系、Nav1.7 与神经病理性疼痛的相关性,综述Nav1.7基因突变在痛觉异常疾病中的作用以及Nav1.7作为潜在靶点靶向治疗的研究进展, 以期为今后开发Nav1.7靶向药物进行疼痛治疗提供理论依据。

Abstract:

Voltage gated sodium channels (VGSCs) play an important role in the generation and maintenance of cellular excite⁃ ment, and participates in the generation and transmission of pain. Sodium channel 1.7 (Nav1.7) is of importance in the production of pain and transmission of pain signals. Nav1.7 is mainly distributed in the nervous system and also expresses in immune and tumor cells. This article summarizes the relationship between Nav1.7 and nociceptive pain and the correlation between Nav1.7 and neuropathic pain, and reviews the role of Nav1.7 gene mutations in pain disorders and progress on targeted therapy of Nav1.7 as a potential target.
