摘要:

目前超声技术已广泛应用于临床工作中,使用超声测量视神经鞘直径(optic nerve sheath diameter,ONSD)评估颅内高压具有快速、便捷、可重复性好、价廉等特点。虽然国内外对于评估颅内压(intercranial pressure,ICP)增高的ONSD最佳阈值存在争议,但其作为一种筛选和连续监测ICP变化的工具,为临床治疗提供依据,有着不可替代的作用。本文围绕超声测量ONSD评估颅内高压展开综述。

Abstract:

At present, ultrasound technology has been widely used in clinical work. The use of ultrasound to measure the optic nerve sheath diameter (ONSD) to evaluate intracranial hypertension is fast, convenient, repeatable, and inexpensive. Although there is controversy at home and abroad about evaluating the optimal threshold of ONSD for increased intracranial pressure, it is an irreplaceable role as a tool for screening and continuous monitoring of intracranial pressure changes, providing a basis for clinical treatment. This article will review the evaluation of ultrasound measurement of ONSD to evaluate intracranial hypertension.
