“脑肠轴”交互调控在脓毒症发生发展中的作用

摘要:

“脑肠轴”指中枢神经系统与肠道通过交互作用,调控机体炎症和免疫应答等反应的结构。脓毒症是常见、高危的因感染引发机体异常反应所致器官功能损伤的综合征,“脑肠轴”在其发生发展中具有重要的作用,是目前中枢神经‑外周器官交互作用研究的热点。文章从大脑奖赏系统、边缘系统、胆碱能神经相关核团及神经肽如何通过脑‑肠轴影响肠道免疫,肠上皮细胞、肠道微生物和代谢产物、肠道神经系统如何通过肠‑脑轴影响大脑免疫两大方面,综述“脑肠轴”交互作用对脓毒症发生发展的影响,为其免疫治疗的新思路提供依据。

Abstract:

The 'brain gut axis' refers to the interaction between brain and gut to regulate immune responses of the body. Sepsis is a common and high‑risk syndrome of organ damage caused by abnormal reactions during infection. Available evidences indicate that 'brain gut axis' plays an important role in sepsis. It has become a hot spot in the study of relationship between central nervous system and peripheral organs. This review focuses on the interaction between brain and gut from two aspects: ① How reward system and limbic system regulate intestinal immune through brain‑gut axis? ② How intestinal epithelial cells, gut microbes and metabolites, and enteric nervous system alter brain immune through gut‑brain axis? This review summarizes the impact of 'brain gut axis' on the occurrence and development of sepsis, which provides new ideas of immunotherapy of sepsis.
