右心室肥厚(right ventricular hypertrophy, RVH)和右心室衰竭(right ventricular failure, RVF)是具有致命性的恶性心脏疾病,肺动脉高压(pulmonary arterial hypertension, PAH)是主要的致病因素。大量研究已经发现,Ca2+处理重塑在RVH和RVF发展过程中起至关重要的作用。文章主要以心力衰竭(heart failure, HF)患者的两大主要死因(心脏泵血功能下降和恶性心律失常)为框架,从微观角度详细阐述了在RVH和RVF病理过程中Ca2+的作用及Ca2+稳态的变化,以期为临床诊断与治疗提供新的方向。
Right ventricular hypertrophy (RVH) and right ventricular failure (RVF) are fatal heart disease. Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is the main pathogenic factor. Numerous studies have found that Ca2+ handling remodeling plays a vital role in the progression of RVH and RVF. Using the heart failure (HF)'s two major causes of death (attenuation of myocardial pump function and malignant arrhythmia) as a frame , this review summarizes the role of Ca2+ and Ca2+ homeostasis alteration in pathological process of RVH and RVF from the micro aspects aims to provide a new direction for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
