摘要:

微RNA(microRNA, miRNA)是一类进化保守非编码单链RNA,能够与mRNA结合抑制目标mRNA翻译或促进其 降解来调控基因表达。近年来发现miRNA几乎在所有生理过程和大多数病理改变过程中发挥作用。文章综述miRNA参与调 控的过程,重点阐述miRNA在反映切口疼痛、神经病理性疼痛(neuropathic pain, NP)和内脏疼痛等方面的价值以及基于miR⁃ NA对疼痛治疗的前景。

Abstract:

MicroRNA (miRNA) is evolutionally protective, non⁃coding and single⁃stranded RNA and can regulate genetic ex⁃ pression through bonding to mRNA to inhibit the translation of targeting mRNA or promote its degradation. Recently, miRNAs are con⁃ sidered to be involved in almost all physiological and most of pathological processes. This review summarizes the involvement of miR⁃ NA in regulation and control, and highlights the important role of miRNA in incision pain, neuropathic pain (NP) and visceral pain, as well as the future of miRNA⁃based pain control.
