摘要:

中枢肥大细胞是脑内重要的免疫细胞之一,其与小胶质细胞、神经元等中枢细胞一起参与多种生理病理过程,在神经系统疾病中起着双向调节作用。文章综述了生理状态下中枢肥大细胞在神经系统中参与调节神经发生及神经保护的可能机制及其异常激活后引起血脑屏障破坏、神经炎症、应激、神经病理性疼痛等病理过程,为治疗神经系统疾病提供新思路。

Abstract:

Central mast cells are one type of important immune cells in the brain together with central cells such as microglia cells and neurons. Central mast cells participate in a variety of physiological and pathological processes and play a two‑way role in nervous system diseases. This article summarizes the possible mechanism by which central mast cells are involved in neurogenesis and nerve protection under the physiological conditions, and its unusual activation causes blood brain barrier damage, nerve inflammation, stress, and neuropathological pain, so as to provide new thoughts for the treatment of nervous system diseases.
