摘要:

类淋巴系统是一个功能性脑脊液循环系统,主要发挥脑实质内代谢废物的清除功能,是脑科学领域研究的热点。类淋巴系统功能障碍与多种神经退行性疾病的发生密切相关。在基础研究领域,麻醉是活体动物进行类淋巴系统神经影像学研究的前提,然而麻醉药物能否影响类淋巴系统功能还存在争议。文章对应用于类淋巴系统研究中的麻醉药物进行综述,分析干扰类淋巴系统功能的各项生理因素,讨论不同麻醉方案对类淋巴系统功能的影响,为后续进行类淋巴系统研究的麻醉药物选择及结果解读提供参考。

Abstract:

The glymphatic system is a functional cerebrospinal fluid circulatory system. The primary function of glymphatic transport is clearance of metabolic waste, it is a hot spot in the field of brain science research in recent years. Several studies have reported that glymphatic system dysfunction is implicated in multiple neurodegenerative disorders. Anesthesia is a prerequisite to study the glymphatic system using neuro‑imaging method. However, whether anesthesia alters glymphatic system function remains controversial. This study will generate a comprehensive review of anesthetic drugs that have been used in glymphatic system research,analyze the physiological factors that interfere with the function of glymphatic system, and discuss the influence of different anesthetic regimens on the function of the glymphatic system. This study provides a reference for the choice of anesthetic agents and interpretation of the results in the study of glymphatic system.
