围手术期神经认知障碍的线粒体机制研究进展

摘要:

围手术期神经认知障碍(perioperative neurocognitive disorders, PND)发病率和致残率高,延长患者住院时间,增加围手术期病死率。炎症反应、氧化应激和细胞凋亡被认为是PND发生发展的重要原因,但其具体机制仍不完全清楚,因此迫切需要探寻PND的发病机制。目前的研究发现,线粒体的能量代谢和相关生物学改变与PND的发生发展有关。文章将从PND发生相关因素、线粒体能量代谢、线粒体自噬、线粒体相关基因及线粒体相关的代谢通路等方面,对线粒体在PND发生机制方面的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:

Perioperative neurocognitive disorders (PND) are associated with patients' high morbidity, disability, and perioperative mortality and prolonging patients' hospital stays. Many studies have shown that the emergence and development mechanism of PND are involved with an inflammatory reaction, oxidative stress, and cell apoptosis. However, the mechanism has not yet been fully elucidated. Therefore, there is urgently needed to explore the pathogenesis of PND. The current studies have found that mitochondrial energy metabolism and some biological changes are related to the emergence and development of PND. So, this article review the research progress of occurrence and development mechanism of PND involving mitochondria, including related factors of PND, mitochondrial energy metabolism, mitophagy, and mitochondrial‑related genes and metabolic pathways.
