Abstract: Quadratus lumborum block (QLB) is commonly used for postoperative analgesia after abdominal surgery. However, there are a few reports of allergic reactions following QLB. Here the authors report a case of allergic reactions following QLB in patients undergoing laparoscopic resection of adrenal adenoma to provide clues for further understanding of perioperative allergy and reducing complications in the future.
