某校临床医学专业开设《麻醉学》课程初探

Anesthesiology course for clinical medical specialty in our university: a preliminary study

摘要:

目的 反馈并总结临床医学专业学生独立开设《麻醉学》课程教学情况,为提高教学质量提供参考。 方法 自行设计问卷,选取海军军医大学2015级临床医学五年制211名本科生作为研究对象。分别在《麻醉学》开课前和开课后发放问卷,两次调查获得有效回收问卷204份,累计总有效回收率为96.68%。 结果 开课后学员对麻醉科医师职业特点的了解、对麻醉学的兴趣、对麻醉学在医学中作用的了解等方面均较开课前提高(P<0.05);在针对学习课程的必要性、课程安排时间、是否将麻醉科医师作为职业方向等问题上,开课前后调查结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 应充分结合医学生需求和临床需要进行合理调整,积极探索《麻醉学》课程的教学改革模式。

Abstract:

Objective To summarize the teaching of anesthesiology course for students majoring clinical medicine, so as to provide reference for improving the teaching quality. Methods A total of 211 students majoring clinical medicine at the Naval Medical University were selected. Their feedbacks were collected through self‑designed questionnaire survey before and after the course. A total of 204 valid questionnaires were obtained, with a cumulative return rate of 96.68%. Results After the course, students showed remarkably improvement in understanding the professional characteristics of anesthesiologists, their interest towards anesthesiology and the role of anesthesiology in medicine, compared with those before the course (P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the survey results of the necessity of learning anesthesiology, course arrangement and whether to choose anesthesiologists as their professional direction before and after the course (P>0.05). Conclusions Reasonable adjustments are necessary with respect to student needs and clinical needs to actively explore teaching reform in anesthesiology course.
