摘要:

术后睡眠障碍(postoperative sleep disturbances, PSD)是近几年研究的热点问题,受多种因素影响,很多患者术后出现了不同程度的PSD,严重影响患者预后,加重患者经济负担。文章对经皮穴位电刺激(transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation, TEAS)调节PSD的作用及其机制进行综述,着重从TEAS对应激反应、免疫炎症反应、术后疼痛及睡眠‑觉醒周期等方面的影响来探讨TEAS调节PSD的机制,为临床治疗PSD、加速患者康复提供理论依据。

Abstract:

Postoperative sleep disturbances (PSD) has recently been a hot issue, affected by various factors. Many patients have different degrees of PSD after surgery, which seriously affects the prognosis, increases patients' financial burden. This review summarizes the effects and mechanisms of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) on PSD. The theme focuses on the effects of TEAS on the stress response, immune‑inflammatory response, postoperative pain, and sleep‑wake cycle. TEAS regulates the mechanism of PSD and provides a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of PSD to accelerate the recovery of patients.
