【摘要】 急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome, ARDS)是临床常见的呼吸系统疾病,病情进展快,病死率较高,发病机制比较复杂。组蛋白是染色质的基本组成单位,组蛋白释放到细胞外空间即为细胞外组蛋白,在ARDS发病机制中可作为炎症介质和血小板激动剂发挥作用。文章着重阐述了对ARDS的认识(ARDS的病理生理基本改变、肺组织病理学变化以及目前临床上的治疗现状)、细胞外组蛋白的3种主要来源以及细胞外组蛋白在ARDS中的可能作用机制等,并对细胞外组蛋白在未来作为ARDS新的治疗靶点做出展望。

Abstract:

【Abstract】 Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is a common respiratory disease with rapid progression, high mortality and complex pathogenesis. Histone is the basic unit of chromatin, which is called extracellular histone when released into extracellular space, and plays a role as an inflammatory mediator and a platelet agonist in the pathogenesis of ARDS. The current paper discussed the understanding of ARDS: the basic pathophysiological changes of ARDS, the pathological changes of the lungs and the present clinical therapy, three main sources of extracellular histones and the possible mechanism by which extracellular histones function in ARDS. We also discussed the prospect of extracellular histone as a new therapeutic target for ARDS in the future.
