摘要:

超声引导下胸壁筋膜平面阻滞(thoracic fascia plane block, TFPB)是一系列不同胸壁筋膜平面内区域神经阻滞技术的总称,其主要作用是提供围手术期区域神经阻滞和术后镇痛。文章主要介绍TFPB的解剖学基础,总结几种常用TFPB的解剖定位、操作实施方法、作用机制及其在临床麻醉与围手术期镇痛中的应用情况,旨在为复合麻醉和围手术期疼痛管理提供新的思路和方法。

Abstract:

Ultrasound‑guided thoracic fascia plane block (TFPB) are a series of regional nerve blocks in different thoracic fascia planes, which is responsible for providing regional nerve blocks and perioperative analgesia during the peri‑operative period. This paper describes the anatomical basis of TFPB, summarizes the anatomical localization, im‑plementation methods, mechanism of actions of several commonly used TFPB and their application in clinical anesthesia and perioperative analgesia, so as to provide new ideas and methods for compound anesthesia and peri‑operative pain management.
