摘要:

脓毒症是机体对感染反应失调导致的危及生命的器官功能障碍。髓源抑制细胞(myeloid‑derived suppressor cell, MDSC)是一群具有免疫抑制作用的髓系细胞群体,脓毒症时大量扩增,与晚期脓毒症的免疫抑制状态和院内继发感染密切相关,阻断和抑制MDSC的扩增和功能成为脓毒症治疗的新热点。近年研究发现,越来越多的中药单体(如牛蒡子苷元、甘草酸、当药苷和牛黄脱氧胆酸等)可通过调控MDSC的比例和功能,阻断其免疫抑制作用,促进T细胞增殖,发挥一定的脓毒症保护作用。文章主要综述了MDSC在脓毒症中的作用和中药单体在脓毒症中对MDSC的调控作用,以期为中药单体防治脓毒症提供新的作用靶点。

Abstract:

Sepsis is defined as a life‑threatening organ dysfunction caused by a dysregulated host response to infection. Myeloid‑derived suppressor cell (MDSC) are a population of immunosuppressive myeloid cells that expand in large numbers during sepsis and are closely correlated with the immunosuppressive state and nosocomial secondary infection at the late stage of sepsis, so blocking and inhibiting the expansion and function of MDSC has become a new hot spot in the treatment of sepsis. In recent years, more and more traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) monomers, such as arctigenin, glycyrrhizin, swertianolin, and taurodeoxycholic acid, are found to exert some protective effects in sepsis by blocking the immunosuppressive function of MDSC and promoting T cell proliferation through modulating the ratio and function of MDSC. This article mainly reviews the role of MDSC and the regulatory role of TCM monomer on MDSC in sepsis to provide new targets for the prevention and treatment of sepsis with TCM monomer.
