Abstract: The clinical thinking ability of an anesthesiologist is crucial for ensuring the safety and health of patients. Anesthesiology, as a high‑risk clinical discipline, requires an anesthesiologist to center on the patient, comprehensively analyze the subjective and objective data of the patients' diseases, and integrate medical knowledge and clinical experience, and comprehensively analyzed with certain thinking methods, and finally achieved the correct diagnosis and treatment of patients. Anesthesia clinical thinking has its own professional characteristics, demanding specific knowledge, skills, and emergency thinking ability from the anesthesiologist.
