心搏骤停（cardiac arrest, CA）是临床上最危急的情况，需要立即进行心肺复苏。俯卧位心肺复苏（prone cardiopulmonary resuscitation, prone CPR）是在无法立即进行仰卧位心肺复苏的特殊情况下（如脊柱手术、神经外科手术和俯卧位治疗），对CA患者进行紧急心肺复苏的一种可行的替代方法。据报道，prone CPR是俯卧位下CA患者较为有效的救治方式。文章就prone CPR重建患者自主循环的作用机制、实施方法、临床应用以及目前的局限进行综述，以期为临床工作提供参考。
Cardiac arrest (CA) is the most critical clinical emergency, requiring immediate cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Prone cardiopulmonary resuscitation (prone CPR) is a feasible alternative method for urgent CPR on CA patients under special circumstances where supine CPR cannot be immediately conducted, such as during spinal surgery, neurosurgery, or prone‑positioned treatments. It has been reported that prone CPR is an effective treatment approach for CA patients in the prone position. This article provides a comprehensive review of prone CPR, including its mechanisms for restoring a patient's spontaneous circulation, implementation methods, clinical applications, and current limitations.
