摘要:

目的 构建麻醉护理本科生临床教学质量评价指标体系。 方法 以三维质量结构模型为理论框架,通过检索国内外文献、小组讨论以及德尔菲专家函询,确定麻醉护理本科生临床教学质量评价体系指标,运用层次分析法确定各级指标权重。 结果 两轮专家函询问卷有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.931,第二轮专家函询的二级指标和三级指标的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.306、0.339(P<0.001)。最终形成的麻醉护理本科生临床教学质量评价指标包括3个一级指标 、13个二级指标,67个三级指标。结论 构建的麻醉护理本科生临床教学质量评价指标体系具有较高的可靠性和科学性,可为护理高校评价麻醉护理本科实习生培训基地的临床教学质量提供依据。

Abstract:

Objective: To construct a clinical teaching quality evaluation index system for undergraduate anesthesia nursing students. Methods: Using the three-dimensional quality structure model as the theoretical framework, the indicators of clinical teaching quality evaluation system for undergraduate anesthesia nursing students were determined by searching domestic and foreign literature, group discussions and Delphi expert correspondence, and the weights of indicators at all levels were determined by using hierarchical analysis. Results: The effective recall rate of the questionnaires of the two rounds of expert correspondence was 100%, the authority coefficient of experts was 0.931, and the Kendall harmony coefficients of the second round of expert correspondence were 0.306 and 0.339 for the secondary and tertiary indicators, respectively (P 0.001). The final evaluation indexes of clinical teaching quality of undergraduate anesthesia nursing students included 3 primary indexes, 13 secondary indexes and 67 tertiary indexes. Conclusion: The constructed clinical teaching quality evaluation index system for undergraduate anesthesia nursing students is highly reliable and scientific, and can provide a basis for nursing universities to evaluate the clinical teaching quality of undergraduate anesthesia nursing trainee training bases.
