阿米替林(Amitriptyline)是TCAs(tricyclic antidepressants)在NPP(neuropathic pain)中应用最广泛的药物, 历年文献分析总结证实TCAs对NPP有效,其中证据最确切的是阿米替林, 并且其镇痛作用独立于抗抑郁作用,尤其适用于慢性疼痛和神经病理性疼痛镇痛治疗，但AMI为多模式镇痛药物，镇痛机制复杂，目前还不十分清楚。本文对AMI镇痛作用机制和治疗进展进行综述，旨在为神经病理性疼痛的临床治疗提供参考。
Amitriptyline is the most widely used drugs in the neuropathic pain, over the years analyzed and summarized literature confirm that tricyclic antidepressants on the neuropathic pain in force, which is the most accurate evidence of amitriptyline, and its analgesic effect is independent of antidepressant effect, especially for chronic pain and neuropathic pain, but Amitriptyline for the multi-modal analgesic drugs and analgesic mechanism of the complex, this is not very clear.This review focuses on the advances in study for mechanism and treatment of Amitriptyline in neuropathic pain，so as to provide information about its clinical therapy.
