摘要:

摘要:麻醉药物后处理是最近提出的一种心肌保护的新策略,更具有实践性与伦理性。麻醉药物后处理对心肌再灌注损伤的保护是多因素参与的复杂过程,除了通过减少活性氧类物质的产生、抑制线粒体内钙超载、减轻内皮功能失调等被动作用外, 还可主动激活促生存信号转导通路而实现。本文对麻醉药物后处理中心肌胞内信号转导的作用机制及研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:

Abstract Anesthetic postconditioning which is a novel cardioprotective strategy can attenuate myocardial reperfusion injury. Besides the reduction in generation of reactive oxygen species, calcium overload and endothelial dysfunction, anesthetic postconditioning can also activate the prosurvival signaling pathways and other kinases. The text will review the signal pathway in myocardium during anesthetic postconditioning.
