吸入麻醉药后处理心肌保护作用机制的研究进展

摘要:

吸入麻醉药后处理(Inhalational Anesthetics Postconditioning, APO),即在缺血后再灌注早期给予一定浓度吸入麻醉药。大量研究表明吸入麻醉药后处理具有明显的心肌保护作用。吸入麻醉药后处理的心肌保护作用机制与缺血后处理有很多相似之处,本文从激活再灌注损伤补救酶(Reperfusion Injury Salvage Kinase,RISK)途径,抑制再灌注心肌细胞凋亡及效应因子等方面对吸入麻醉药后处理心肌保护作用机制的研究进展进行回顾和总结。

Abstract:

Inhalational Anesthetics Postconditioning (APO), i.e., providing inhalational anesthetics of certain concentration at the early stage of reperfusion after myocardial ischemia. Many researches have demonstrated that the APO can apparently protect ischemia/reperfusion myocardium. The cardioprotective mechanism of the APO is similar to ischemia-induced postconditioning. In this paper, we have reviewed the progress of the cardioprotective mechanism of the APO from the aspects of activation of Reperfusion Injury Salvage Kinase (RISK), control of cardiocytes apoptosis during reperfusion, opening of mitochondria ATP-sensitive potassium channels(mitoKATP), inhibit mitochondrial permeability transition pore(mPTP) opening and etc..
